■20200528（木曜日：晴れ）　What we learned in 7 years

こちらでは、田植えが終わりました。

■今朝は4時半に目が覚めましたので、そのまま起き出して走る準備をしました。とにかく、ゆっくりで良いので少し長めに走ろうとスタートしました。

結局いつものコースを10.60km走り、今月は13回のランで92.91kmを積み重ねました。残り3日で100キロまでは7.08kmの所まで来ました。

明日は休んで、土曜日の朝に残りの距離を走り切ろうと計画しています。これでなんとか今月も月100キロ走の目標を達成できそうです。

■さて、緊急事態宣言下での賭けマージャン問題で辞職した黒川弘務前東京高検検事長の問題に関して、森法務大臣と安倍首相の答弁が東京新聞に掲載されていますが、実に興味深いのです。黒川氏の訓告処分は誰が決めた？、という質問に対して、

22日午前の記者会見において、森法相はこう答えています。

『最終的に、内閣で決定がなされたものを、私が検事総長に申し上げた』

22日午後の衆院厚生労働委員会において、安倍首相はこう語っています。

『検事総長が適切に処分を行ったと承知している』

そして、26日の衆議院法務委員会において、森法務大臣はこう述べています。

『決定したのは、あくまで法務省及び検事総長だ。内閣に報告したところ、法務省の決定に異論がない旨、回答を得た』

もう皆さんもお気づきの通り、安倍内閣のいつものパターンです。最初に本当のことを述べて、次に偽りの答弁がなされ、最後に嘘を取り繕うために苦し紛れの答弁を繰り返す、というパターンです。

国民もさすがにこのパターンに気づき始めていますが、いいかげん私達は目を覚ますべきです。現政権は国民を舐めているのです。どうせ国民など愚かだから適当なことを言っておけばすぐに忘れると、たかをくくっているのです。

結局自分たちのレベルの政治しか国民は持つことができないのです。国民が目覚めるしか、より良い政治を作り上げることは、どの世界でもできないのです。

この7年間、私たちが学んだのはただ一点、そのことだけでした。

What we learned in 7 years

I woke up at 4:30 this morning, so I got up and prepared to run. Anyway, I started slowly so I could run a little longer.

After all, I ran 10.60km on the usual course and accumulated 92.91km in 13 runs this month. In the remaining 3 days, I have reached 7.08km up to 100km.

I’m planning to take a break tomorrow and run the rest of the distance on Saturday morning. With this, I can manage to reach the goal of running 100km a month this month.

■ By the way, regarding the issue of former Tokyo High Attorney General Hiromu Kurokawa who resigned for the betting Mahjong issue under the state of emergency, the Tokyo Shimbun’s reply from Minister of Justice Mori and Prime Minister Abe has been published, but it is really interesting. Who decided Mr. Kurokawa’s adomonition disposition? In response to the question,

At a press conference on the morning of the 22nd, Justice Mori replied:

“Finally, I told the Attorney General what the Cabinet decided.”

At the Welfare and Labor Committee of the House of Representatives on the afternoon of the 22nd, Prime Minister Abe said:

“I understand that the Attorney General has properly disposed of it.”

And at the House of Representatives Legal Committee on the 26th, Minister of Justice Mori said:

“It was the Ministry of Justice and the Attorney General who decided. When I reported it to the Cabinet, I got a reply that there was no objection to the decision of the Ministry of Justice. ”

As you all have noticed, this is the usual pattern of the Abe Cabinet. The pattern is to tell the truth first, then give a false answer, and finally repeat a painful and misleading answer to repair the lie.

The people are just starting to notice this pattern, but for good reason we should wake up. The current government is making the people stupid. Since the people are foolish anyhow, even if they say defeat, the people must immediately forget about it, and the powerful people are holding high.

After all, the people can only have their own politics. No one in the world can create better politics without waking up.

That’s the only thing we’ve learned over the last seven years.
