■20200524（日曜日：晴れ）　prejudice

■今朝は頑張って走りました。昨日も走ったのですが、5月も残り1週間となり、いよいよ目標の月100キロ走を達成するのが難しくなってきました。

昨夜は早めに休み、今朝はいつもの通り5時に起きて、とにかくゆっくりで良いから長く走ろうと心に決めて、走り始めました。いつものコースを、ゆっくりと走り続けて、今日は1時間34分15秒と長く走り続けることができました。

途中で花々の写真を何枚か撮って気晴らしをしながら走りましたので、距離的には11.8キロと短めでしたが、それでもこれで11回のランで、76.15キロメートルを積み重ね、100キロまで残り7日で23.84kmのところまで来ました。

実に爽やかな朝でした。天気予報では曇りから、ひょっとすると雨が降るかもしれないと心配していたのですが、実に爽やかな青空でした。

ただし走り終わる7時頃になると、もう気温が上がってきて日差しの下を走っていると、辛くなってきました。最後は日陰を求めて、選んでコースを走るようになりました。

そんな走り方をしていると、以前何回も走った皇居ランを思い出します。東京駅から桜田門へ行く途中、御影石の歩道があります。とてもきれいですし重々しくて素晴らしいのですが、気温が上がってくると、その上を走るのは、まさに岩盤浴の上を走るような感じなのです。下から熱せられてたまりません。

そして一周5キロのコースを走る途中でも、とにかく木陰をもとめて走るコースを変えていかないと、たちまち脱水になってしまいそうなのです。今朝も走りながら、そんなことを思い出していました。

今日の積み重ねで、なんとか目標ラインぎりぎりのところまで来ました。文字通り、あと1週間の残り時間となりました。

■今朝の東京新聞朝刊には、コロナウイルスによる緊急事態宣言によって、営業の自粛を強制されてきた、水商売協会のクラブのママさんらが窮状を訴える記事が掲載されています。

『生きていけない 　休業いつまで』

首都圏でも緊急事態宣言の解除の準備が進む中、ナイトクラブやキャバクラ店など接待を伴う飲食業が危機に陥っています。経済的には既に限界を超えており、性風俗に身を投じる女性も出始めています。クラブのママやキャバクラ嬢らがマスク越しに声をあげました。

22日夜、全国のナイトクラブやキャバクラ店で働く女性ら約1,000人で作る日本水商売協会が都内で会見を開きました。

『バブルがはじけた時も、リーマンショックの時も、なんとかくぐり抜けてきた。でも今回は苦しくて仕方がない』

水商売協会代表の甲賀香織さんは、

『営業再開できた時には、店が半分ほどに減っている恐れもある。家賃が払えず、東京を去ったり、経済的な苦しさに付け込まれ、男性客から嫌な思いをさせられたり、性風俗で働き始めたりする女性が出てきている』

水商売協会では、独自にガイドラインを作成し、日本感染症学会の医師の監修を受け、店内では客の間隔をあけマスク姿で接客することや、女性の「チェンジは無し」とすることなどを盛り込みました。

客に渡航歴や体温連絡先などの健康状態を記入してもらい、保健所から要請があれば提出するなど、これまで客のプライバシー保護を優先してきた業界にとって画期的な内容となっています。

しかしこうしたガイドラインを評価したのは千葉県だけで、東京都は1ヶ月以上返答がなく、埼玉県からは「認められない」との回答を受けました。

この記事を読んで思うことは、こうした業界の皆さんに対する根深い偏見です。政治家や行政にしてみると、自分たちは散々、こうした業界の皆さんにお世話になっているにもかかわらず、政治的には顧みなくても良い、じゃけんにしても構わないという根深い差別意識のもとに行動しているとしか思えないのです。

安倍総理にしても、小池東京都知事にしてもそうなのですが、語っている言葉と行動とが、まるで乖離しているのです。言っていることは国民のこと、都民のことを慮っているふりをしているのですが、行動から見れば結局は自分ファーストでしかないのです。

いい加減、私たちはその偽善に気づくべきなのです。ありがたがって拝聴している場合ではないのです。国民の生活、都民の生活は壊れていくばかりです。

自分のことしか考えない政治家ほど、たちの悪いものはありません。いつになったら国民は、そのことに気づくのでしょうか。手遅れかもしれません。でも諦めるわけにはいかないのです。

テレビなどのマスコミの報道を、ただ漫然と受け入れていては、自分たちの首を絞めるだけなのです。

And even if we are running a 5km course, we have to change the course in which we seek the shade of the trees, and we’ll be dehydrated immediately. As I ran this morning, I remembered that.

With the accumulation of today, I managed to reach the end of the target line. Literally, we have one week left.

■今朝は走りました。これで今月は10回のランで64.87kmを積み重ね、残り8日で36.12kmのところまで来ました。明日の日曜日に、なんとか15キロ以上を走って目標を達成できる地点にまで到達したい、と願っていますが、とにかく今日は疲れを取ることだけを考えなければいけません。

昨日は使っていなかったパソコンに、パソコン基本ソフトであるリナックスの1種である Netrunner という基本ソフトを導入しました。YouTubeで何気なく見ていて、とても使いやすそうでしたので思い切って試してみました。導入もスムーズに行き使い始めたのですが、これが結構楽しいのです。

もちろんChromebookのように、今まで通りに全て出来るわけではないのですが、遊び心がふんだんに盛り込まれていて、使っていてもワクワクするのです。

linuxのディストリビューションは、ほとんど無数と言っていいほど世界中にあるのですが、プログラムの核となるカーネルと言われる部分は、バラバラにならないように一括して管理されています。それを使ってどのようなパッケージを作るかは、誰でも自由にできるような仕組みになっています。

したがって、エンジンは同じものを積んでいても、F1の車のようなものから軽乗用車のようなものまで、その人の使い道に合わせて好きなパッケージを作ることができるのです。本当に素晴らしいことだと思います。

昨日から使い始めた、このネットランナーも非力なパソコンでもできるだけ軽快な動作で動くように、という目的で作られていますので、ウインドウズを使うには、もたもたしてとても使えないような古いパソコンでも結構ストレスなく使うことができるのです。本当にワクワクします。

■さて今朝の東京新聞読者欄には、読者からの素朴な疑問が述べられています。

『マスクの検品　なぜ税金使う』です。

400億円以上を投じたアベノマスクの検品作業に、さらに8億円もの税金を厚生労働省は使っているのです。投稿者は、例えば乗用車なら欠陥が見つかれば、車のメーカーがリコールして修理費用を負担するのが当たり前ではないか、と問いかけています。まことに、そのとおりです。

アベノマスクと言われる所以は、かなりの経費が、安倍さんのお友達に行き渡るように、たぶん最初から決められているから、そう呼ばれるのかもしれません。

過去最大級の補正予算と、見かけだけは華々しいのですが、中身はハリボテのごとくスカスカの状態。一部の広告代理店に丸投げしそうな観光キャンペーンに、一兆円以上の予算を、なぜ今、この時期に組まなければいけないのか、どう考えても辻褄が合いません。

クール・ジャパンなるキャンペーンも、今になって考えてみれば、予算がどこへ流れたのか、本当に怪しいことばかりです。

■今朝は、ゆっくりと休みました。とは言っても、夜の10時に寝て朝の5時に起きるといういつものパターンでした。昨日の朝は10キロを走りましたので、今日は休養とし、また明日から月100キロ走の目標に向かって、ランニング・スケジュールを決めなければなりません。幸い日曜日が、あと2回ありますので、そこで大きな積み重ねをして、なんとか目標を達成したいと思っています。

■3月以来の久々ぶりのロータリークラブの例会が、昨日3ヶ月ぶりに開催されました。何人かの方とはZoomを通じてのオンライン会合や、ゴルフなどでお会いしていたのですが、ほとんどの方は本当に久しぶりでした。

出席されたのは全会員のうち半分ほどでしょうか。やはり皆さん色々な事情で出席されるのが難しいようです。

ロータリークラブも今年度は5月、6月と残すところ、あと二ヶ月のみとなりました。会場での席も組み替えが行われ、同席するメンバーも新たになりました。通常ですとテーブル会と称して、夕食会を開催してロータリー談義に花を咲かせるのですが、今回はそれも自粛となりました。

今朝は生ごみの処理日ですので、公園前にある収集場所に置いてきました。とにかく爽やかな朝です。沖縄は現在梅雨で毎日雨が続いていますが、こちらでは一年中で一番爽やかな時期かもしれません。北に目をやると愛鷹山の新緑が目に痛いほどですし、そこかしこで田植えも始まっています。

我が家の柿の木は、日に日に枝葉が伸び、いずれ黄色い蝋細工のような小さな花が咲くはずです。柿の木は1年で人の一生を演じてくれるような気がします。

■さてロータリーの例会で、次年度の会長である植松さん、幹事である山田さん、そして土屋さんにSlackのお話をしました。コミュニケーションツールの、あのSlackです。ビジネスの世界ではかなり利用されているようで、コロナウイルスの感染問題から在宅勤務が進められ、急激に利用されるようになったのはZoomです。

しかし、あるプログラマーの方の話によると、ある企画を仲間で進めるためにはZoomでの会議よりも、Slackを用いた意思疎通の方が、圧倒的に生産性が高い、という記事を書いておられました。

実際に使用したことのない私には、実感としてのありがたみが分からないのですが、言わんとしていることは、直感として分かるような気がします。

ということで、4人で1度試してみようと誘ってみました。果たして、どうなりますか。うまく使いこなせると良いのですが。

Slack

The persimmon tree of my home grows branches and leaves day by day, and small flowers like a yellow waxwork should bloom soon. I feel that persimmon trees play a life in a year.

■今朝は走りました。21日となり、いよいよ残り少なくなってきましたので、頑張って10キロを超える距離を走りました。

ランニングウォッチをエプソンのホームページに接続すると、「おめでとうございます。月間50kmを達成しました」と喜んでくれています。今月は9回目のランで通算58.71kmを積み重ね、残り10日で41.28kmのところまで来ました。18日の月曜日以来ということですので、3日ぶりのランニングでした。

今朝は5時前に、すんなり起きることができましたが、昨夜も冷えました。薄めの羽毛の掛け布団で寝ましたが、夜中に二度ほど目が覚めました。それでも今朝は疲れを感じることなく、スムーズに走り出すことができたのは、とても嬉しく思いました。

最近は体が重く感じることが多く、もう体力がなくなってしまったのか、年のためなのかと悲観的に考えることが多くなってきたのですが、なんとか長い距離を走ることができて、ほっとしています。折り返し地点にある桃澤神社では、家族みんなの健康を祈って、引き返しました。

■1人10万円の一時給付金申し込みの為の書類が、昨日沼津市から送られてきました。飲食業を始め、毎日、毎日の売り上げで事業を回している方にとっては、営業自粛要請の続く間は、本当に苦しい毎日だと思います。

私達にとっては大金の10万円ですが、事業を営んでる方にとっては、まさに雀の涙にしかなりません。家賃や材料費など、私たちが必要とする金額とは桁違いのお金が毎日必要になるのです。

とにかく、この危機を生き延びて、感染が終息した時には、また人々が集える場が残ってほしいものだと心から願っています。

■今朝の東京新聞一面の記事には、「黒川検事長辞任不可避」と書かれています。あの話題の黒川弘務東京高検検事長のことです。なんとしても、この人を検事総長にしたいという安倍総理の意向で、無理矢理ねじ込まれた法案が検察庁法改正案でしたが、今国会での成立は断念されました。その途端に、このような報道が踊るのはどうしたものでしょうか。

ある記事によれば、この黒川さんの力がなければ、何人もの政治家が逮捕されたか数知れない、と言うのです。政治家ばかりではありません。ジャーナリストや実業家など、安倍総理は自分と親しい友人には、税金を湯水の如く使い、逮捕されるかもしれない状況から救ってあげたりしていた訳です。

つまりは、もう法治国家ではないということです。

法案採決が延期された途端のスキャンダルの報道は、当然深い意味があるに違いありません。とにかく総理が考えているのは、自分の延命だけです。やましいことを見逃してもらわないと自分自身が延命できないのです。

■今日は本当に久しぶりに、ロータリークラブの例会が開催されます。1ヶ月ぶりでしょうか。仲間の顔を見るのも、本当に久しぶりです。途中1度、Zoomでのミーティングを開催しましたが、例会場でみなさんと顔合わせるのは本当に嬉しいものです。

■今朝は走るつもりで昨夜は早めに休んだのですが、明け方から冷え込みのためでしょうか、軽い寒気を感じました。掛け布団を厚めのものに替えて休みましたが、体調を崩すのが怖いので走るのは止めました。

5時前には雨音も聞こえていましたし、無理をしても意味がありませんので明日以降、頑張って積み重ねをするしかありません。こうなると日曜日に、まとめて長い距離を走る LSD を敢行せざるを得ないようです。

まだ50キロ超残っていますので、これはよほど心してかからないと目標の月100キロ走が達成できません。そういう時もあります。冷静に対処するしかありません。

■さて、今朝の東京新聞「こちら特報部」では、学校の「9月入学議論より学校再開を」、「来秋なら入試・就職　混乱」、「複雑すぎる想定　財政負担も巨額に」、「夏休み短縮　土曜授業などで代替を」、「休校　感染拡大防止に効果なし」、「小児科医　学校クラスターはなし」、「政権　ショックドクトリン」、「公衆衛生の問題を教育政策にすり替え」と政府の対応に批判的です。

『政治が急に9月入学へ着目しだしたのは、二つの問題を解消したいからだと感じる』として、慶應義塾大学の中村真紀子教授は以下のように語っています。それは、授業日数不足による平均的な学力低下と勉強ができる子とできない子の学力格差が問題で、いずれも生涯賃金の低下を招くなど将来的に悪影響が出ることが、海外のデータから明らかになっているからだ、と指摘しています。

しかし、そもそもなぜ九月入学などという議論が出てきたかと言えば、それは最長で三ヶ月に及ぶ学校の休校が原因です。新型コロナ感染拡大防止を名目に、安倍首相が二月下旬、専門家会議にも諮らずに独断で、全国一斉休校を要請したのが発端でした。

その休校が本当に感染防止拡大に役立ったかと言えば、小児科医の森内浩幸　長崎大学教授（感染症）は否定的な見解をまとめ、以下のように述べています。

(1)新型コロナウイルスの患者のうち、子どもの占める割合が少なく、ほとんどが家庭内の感染

(2)現時点では学校や保育園におけるクラスター（感染者集団）はないか、あっても極めてまれ

(3)学校や保育所などの閉鎖は流行を防ぐ効果に乏しく、医療従事者が休業せざるを得なくなり、新型コロナによる死亡率を高める可能性がある

以上のような理由から子ども達同士の感染リスクは低く、休校は感染拡大防止にはつながっていない、と述べています。

森内先生は、新型コロナウイルスの感染は子どもの間で感染爆発が起きるインフルエンザとは違うとして、むしろ友達にも先生にも会えず、家に閉じこもる子らの心身の健康や学習に問題が起きている。残念だが、親からの虐待も増えている、としてデメリットを考えるべきだと述べています。

こうして専門家から休校効果に根拠がないと述べられているにもかかわらず、その休校を理由に9月入学制導入というのは、どう考えても理屈に合いません。

愛知工業大学の中嶋哲彦教授は、こう語っています。『政権運営への批判も強まる中、何かやるだろうとは思ってたが、それが9月入学とはショックドクトリンだ。自らの利益のため惨事に便乗している』と憤っておられます。

東北大学の青木栄一准教授は『今回の休校の政策目的は感染爆発を防ぐという、公衆衛生の問題だったのに、再開の今はいつの間にか9月入学という教育政策の問題にすり替わった』と指摘しています。

『本来は公衆衛生問題として休校にしたのだから、学校再開も公衆衛生上の根拠が必要なはずだが、もともときちんとした根拠があって休校した訳ではないからこうなる。一度休校したら再開に不安の声があがるのも当然だ。政府は状況をもっと可視化し、根拠を示して政策を進めるべきだ』と釘を刺されています。

■誠にその通りだと、私も感じるのです。安倍政権の打ち出す政策は、ことごとくコロナウイルス感染という惨事に便乗、つまり影で悪巧みをしているとしか思えないのです。

次から次にキャッチフレーズ的な政策を打ち出し、国民の目をそらし、結果を検証することなく、ごまかし続けているのが実態です。惨事に便乗して、大きな問題をはらむ法律を陰で次々と通過させる手法などは、これこそまさにショックドクトリンの典型ではないかと、分かりやすい例を国民に示してくれています。

いつまでも「見ざる・言わざる・聞かざる」では、国民は地獄に落ちるだけなのです。

■今朝は天気予報通り雨の朝でした。火曜日ですので、生ゴミ収集の日です。公園前の収集場所に持って行き、帰りがけに新聞を取って来て、朝食の準備を始めました。

今朝の朝食はコーヒーとバナナとヨーグルト、そしてオカラ・パウダーをかけた納豆でした。私の身体を現在管理してくれている、漢方医の上馬場先生が御推奨の食品ばかりです。

今朝はランニングをしていませんので、食パンとあんこは控えました。

■18日静岡県は新型コロナウイルス感染拡大を受けて、県が管理する富士山の3つの登山道を開山期間にあたる7月10日から9月10日の間、通行止めにすると発表しました。山梨県も既に登山道の通行止を発表していますので、今年の夏は富士山の登山ができないことが確定しました。

4つの登山道がすべて通行止めになるのは、静岡、山梨両県が登山道の管理を戦後になって始めて以降、記録がなく、歴史を遡っても噴火で登れなかった時を除き、富士山の閉鎖はなかったと考えられているそうです。異例中の異例、まさに歴史的な出来事です。

通行止めになるのは、山梨県の吉田ルートと静岡県の御殿場ルート、須走ルート、そして富士宮ルートです、3密を解消できないため、すべての山小屋がまず休業を決めました。すると両県とも登山道のパトロールや維持管理ができなくなり、登山者の安全確保ができなくなったため、と報道されています。

■さて昨日、政府与党が今国会での、検察庁法改正案の成立見送りを決定しました。この事自体は望ましいことなのですが、改正案と一体で審議されていた、公務員の定年延長を求める国家公務員法改正案自体の成立が遅れることを、支持層である労組などからの要望を受けている野党としては避けたい、という事情はあるようです。

長生きする時代になって、いつになったら定年にするのかは、とても難しい問題ですが、公務員の定年延長に際し、私が一つ危惧するのは、それによって若者の雇用枠が減らされる可能性はないか、ということです。

今の日本に足りないのは、若者への投資なのです。つまりは、未来への投資です。

山本太郎氏によれば、現政権はドケチ国家の様相を呈していますが、自分たちのお友達には大盤振る舞いする一方、社会的基盤の補修、医療、介護、教育といった将来への投資を絞るばかりなのです。これでは日本の未来は暗くなるばかりです。

その点の議論を与野党共に、しっかりとしていく必要があるのではないでしょうか。

closure of Mt. Fuji

■今朝は走りました。先週の水曜日以来ですので、5日ぶりということになります。いつものコースを6.87km走り、これで8回のランで48.36kmを積み重ね、残り13日で51.63kmのところまで来ました。予定よりも遅れています。

ゴールデンウィークから昨日の日曜日まで、これほど続けてゴルフをしたことはありませんでした。疲れがそれだけ溜まっています。今日も走りながら、エネルギーが足りなくなっているのを感じながら走りました。筋力が衰えてる上に、体力も衰えているに違いありません。

これではフルマラソンどころか、ハーフマラソンですら完走は難しい、と感じるほどです。

■さて今朝の東京新聞「考える広場」では、『韓国エンタメ　世界席巻の理由』と題して、3人の方が意見を寄せられています。解説には、こうあります。

韓国エンタメの躍進　

ポンジュノ監督の「パラサイト　半地下の家族」は昨年5月、カンヌ国際映画祭で最高賞のパルムドールを受賞。今年2月には米アカデミー賞作品賞にも輝き、世界を代表する2つの映画賞を64年ぶりにダブル受賞した。

音楽ではK-POPが世界的人気で、男性グループ「BTS（防弾少年団）」は2018年、アジア圏のアーティストとして初めて、米ヒットチャート「ビルボード」のアルバム部門で全米1位になった』。

軍事政権時代の韓国では、映画も政府の検閲を受けており表現の自由はなく、作品はエンタメ性にもメッセージ性にも限界がありました。状況が変わったのは民主化が本格的に進んだ1990年代半ばからだ、と翻訳家の桑畑優香さんが述べています。

輸出できる商品として政府が映画の育成をはじめてからです。以前テレビの特集で、こうした韓国の政策の転換に深く関わった二人の方として、金大中大統領ならびに李御寧(イーオリョン)文科相のことが特集されていました。

もちろん、おふたりだけの力ではないのですが、文化の力というものを信じている政治家の出現によって、韓国は大きく飛躍したと私は思います。

あの名作「冬のソナタ」によって日韓関係は文字通り様変わりしました。民間レベルでの交流が一夜にして今までとは全く変わってしまったのです。日本人の心のありようもすっかり変容しました。一番近くて遠い国と言われていた韓国が、文字通り一番近い国に近づいたのです。韓国のドラマを見ることが当たり前のことになりました。

韓国の人達がどんなものを食べ、何を考え、どんな生活をしているのか、本当に身近な存在となりました。これは二国間にとって画期的なことです。政治家が、いくら友好関係を強調したところで、民間レベルでの交流あるいは心のありようが変わらない限り、国同士の関係はスムーズにいかないものです。

韓流ドラマの力は、まさにどの政治家の言葉よりも大きな力を発揮したのです。そうした道を拓いてきた韓国のお二人の政治家に敬意を表するしかありません。

Korean entertainment’s breakthrough　

Ponjuno’s “Parasite: A Half-Subterranean Family” won the Palme d’Or, the highest award at the Cannes Film Festival, last May. In February of this year, the film won the U.S. Academy Award for Best Picture, the first time in 64 years that it has won two of the world’s leading film awards.

■昨日は終日雨でした。雨の日は読書が似合います。昨日は『武器としての「資本論」 Kindle版（白井 　聡　著）』を読み始めました。白井さんの本は、対米従属という問題に関して読んだことがあります。まさに戦後日本の根幹をなす大問題です。その白井さんが、資本論について分かりやすく解説しているというので、面白そうだと感じ読み始めました。

新型コロナウイルス感染により、世界は大きく変わろうとしています。先ほど田中宇さんの国際ニュース解説、「都市閉鎖の愚策にはめられた人類」という記事を読み終えました。今回は無料版ですので、みなさんも読むことができます。この記事を読むとコロナウイルスの問題は、純粋に医学的な問題だけではない、ということが理解できます。

世界的な都市封鎖などの対策の結果、コロナ後には、今までと異なった世界が立ち上がって来そうです。その世界がどのようなものになり、そして私達は、どのように立ち向かわなければならないのか。お二人の書かれたものを読むことで、自分なりに自分の頭で考えることが、何より大切だということが分かります。

■さて今日は新沼津カントリークラブ皐月杯Ｂクラス月例でした。昨日の雨から一転して青空のもとの競技でした。いつもの仲良し久松さん、植松さんの三人でのプレイでした。

前半はダボスタートでしたが、なんとか堪えて47回で上がり、サンドイッチを食べた後の後半は、ロングホールをパーで上がってのスタートでした。後半二番目のホールでミスショットを連発してトリプルボギーを叩きましたが、その後切れること無く、根気よくプレイすることができました。

その後はパーとボギーを繰り返し、結局上がって43回。合計グロス90回と自分としては上出来です。三位でした。マスターズ杯の優勝に続いての入賞で、少し自信が付きました。

ドライバー・ショットが格段に安定したので、大崩れすることが無くなりました。ダボが3つ。トリプルボギーが1回。そしてパーが5回。ボギーが9回ともったいないホールもありましたが、完璧にはできませんので、次回への課題です。

あとはパターを練習しないと、これ以上のスコアは出そうにありません。

A post-Corona world

■今朝はゆっくりと休みました。昨日はメラトニン関連睡眠誘導剤のおかげで、体が一日中思うように動かず、本当にだるい一日でした。昨夜は、いつもの睡眠導入剤を服用して休みましたので、夜中にお手洗いに行ったものの、熟睡感の得られた一晩でした。やはり私にはこの薬が一番合っているようです。

さて天気予報では、今日は午後から大荒れの天候になりそうです。明日の日曜日は回復するとのことなので、まぁのんびりと一日を過ごすことにしましょう。

■今朝の東京新聞を読むと、色々と気になる記事が出ていました。今日の社説では、「法が終わり、暴政が」と題して、検察庁法改正案について書かれています。

政権による特例人事を認める検察庁法改正案の成立を、与党は強行しようとしています。新型コロナウイルスで国民が七転八倒の苦しみの中にある時に、なぜそれほど急いで成立させなければいけないのか。こうした場合、その多くの原因が、やましさであることがほとんどです。

検事総長や検事長など検察幹部だった OB たちが15日、こんな言葉とともに、同改正案に反対する意見書を法務省に提出しました。

ルイ14世の『朕は国家である』との言葉を彷彿とさせるような姿勢である。

高名な政治思想家ジョン・ロックは『法が終わるところ、暴政が始まる』と警告している。心すべき言葉である。

検事総長や検事長など検察官部だったOBの皆さんが、法務省が提出した法案に反対するのは異例中の異例の出来事です。

検察OBの皆さんが指摘しているのは「今回の法改正は、検察の人事に政治権力が介入することを正当化し、政権の意に沿わない検察の動きを封じ込め、検察の力を削ぐことを意図していると考えられる」。

検察OBたちはズバリ法案の意図を読んでいる、と社説には書かれています。

100歩譲って、安倍総理に検察OBの皆さんが心配するような意図が全く無かったとしても、多くの国民が疑念を抱くことは間違いありません。

「李下に冠を正さず」という言葉があります。スモモの木の下で冠をかぶり直そうとして手をあげると、実を盗むのかと疑われるから、そこでは直すべきではない、という意味の言葉で、人から疑いをかけられるような行いは避けるべきである、ということのたとえ、とあります。

記者団が安倍総理に上記の意図が法改正にはあるのではないか、という疑念が国民の間にあるのですが、と質問すると、安倍総理は、「それは下衆の勘繰りだ」と答えていました。これまでの行いを見ていれば、どちらがゲスなのかは殆どの国民は容易に判断がつきそうです。

戦後75年を経て、私たち日本国民が到達した終着駅こそが、安倍内閣なのです。このことは、どれほど深刻に考えても、考えすぎることはない、と私には思えるのです。戦後日本の民主主義の到達点なのですから。

Do not correct the crown under Lee

I had a good rest this morning. Yesterday was a really lazy day as my body didn’t move as I wanted all day due to the melatonin-related sleep inducer. Last night I took my usual sleep inducer and rested, so although I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it was a night of feeling a good night’s sleep. ■診察してもらっている漢方の先生に、昨日は新しい薬を処方してもらいました。睡眠導入剤です。前回の診察で処方してもらった、メラトニン関連の薬がどうも私の体には合わなかったのです。

眠れることはよく眠れたのですが、翌日の午前中いっぱい、まるで時差ボケのような状態になってしまい、仕事にならなかったのです。先生に相談したところ、半錠服用してみたらどうか、と勧められて昨日の夜は半錠だけ飲んでみました。ところが今日の午前中いっぱい、体が重くて本当に参りました。やはり私の体には合わないようです。

今朝は久しぶりに走るつもりで準備もしてあったのですが、とてもそんな気持ちにはなれませんでした。明日の朝は雨のようですから、本格的に積み重ねをするのは来週になりそうです。

日曜日は新沼津カントリークラブBクラスの月例ですので、それでゴルフもしばらくおさらばです。

■さて、新型コロナウイルスの蔓延によって、物流の寸断や人の移動の停止が行われ、それによる食料生産供給が減少し、買い急ぎや輸出規制につながり、それらによる一層の物価高騰が起きて、食糧危機になることが懸念されています。

日本の食料自給率は37%であり、我々の体を動かすエネルギーの63%を海外に依存しています。輸入がストップすると命の危険に晒されかねないというわけです。

長周新聞第8495号では、東京大学の鈴木宣弘先生が「コロナ禍が炙りだす食の脆弱性と処方箋：ショックドクトリンは許されない」と題して寄稿されています。

すでに小麦の大輸出国、ロシア、ウクライナ、そして米の大輸出国ベトナム、インドなどが輸出規制に動き出しています。この輸出規制は、自国民の命を守る措置であり、抑制を促すのは困難です。

しかしながら、FAO、WHO、WTOは共同で輸出規制の抑制を要請しています。更にこの3国際機関は1層の食料貿易自由化を求めています。解決の処方箋は、食の自由化への反省と、各国の食料自給率向上こそが解決の処方箋である、と先生は書かれています。

量だけでなく質の安全保障も、という項目の中で、日本に輸入されている食料が、いかに薬まみれかということがよく分かります。米国産の輸入牛肉からはエストロゲンが600倍も検出されたことがあり、エストロゲンは乳がんを増殖する因子として知られています。

米国内ではホルモンフリー牛肉が国内需要の主流となっています。オーストラリアは日本にはホルモン牛肉。禁止されているEUにはホルモンフリー牛肉を輸出しています。米国やオーストラリアからは国内では流通しにくいホルモンまみれの牛肉が輸入規制の緩い日本に輸出されているのです。

輸入小麦には日本で禁止されている収穫後農薬の防カビ剤が輸送時に振りかけられています。米国の農家は、これは日本人が食べるからいいのだ、と言っていたという話もあります。

日本にはこうした危ない農産物が山のように輸入されているのです。いったい誰が、誰の為に、このような政策を推し進めているのでしょうか。食料安全保障こそが国の安全保障の基本です。そのことを忘れてはなりません。
