■今朝は走りました。5時前から目が覚めていたのですが、昨日の疲れもあって、ウトウトとしていました。目覚ましが鳴り起き出して窓の外を見ると、雨雲らしきものが空を覆ってはいるものの、まだ雨は降っていません。準備をして玄関を出ました。
準備運動後、今朝はいつものコースを6.12km走り、これで今月は6回のランで46.39kmを積み重ねました。月100キロ走までは残り18日で53.60kmのところまで来ました。
天気予報を見ていると梅雨前線が停滞したまま、一向に立ち退く気配がありません。例年に比べて、太平洋高気圧の勢力が弱いために、前線がとどまり続けているのです。
来週の木曜日からは連休を利用して九州に旅行に出かけようと計画していますが、それまでにはさすがに梅雨明けしそうですが、飛行機は間違いなく飛んでも、現地での道路状況、あるいは観光施設の状況がどうなのか、それが心配です。この大雨で被害を受けていなければ良いのですが。
現地でレンタカーを借りて、のんびりドライブをする予定なのですが、まさか道路が寸断されていたり、思ったように動けない可能性もありますので、行くべきかどうか今2人で迷っているところです。
昨日は久しぶりに青空が見えて、ゴルフ場では午後から、入道雲を見ることができました。もう梅雨明けしたのではないかと錯覚しそうなほどでした。伊豆半島もクラブハウスから綺麗に見ることができました。
しかし、今日からまた逆戻りです。今週いっぱいは、また雨雲が空を覆うようです。
それでも昨日の夜は気温も下がり湿度も下がり、とても爽やかな夜でした。土曜日の夜に空調を入れてみたのですが、壊れてしまったようです。もう10年以上取り付けてから時間が経っています。寿命でしょうか。これから本格的な夏がやってきますから、リビングに空調がないのは、とても耐えられません。知り合いの電気工事店の方に問い合わせて在庫のあるパナソニックの、10畳部屋用の製品を注文する予定です。
■先週にはスバルの会社の方から連絡が入り、群馬工場での生産も無事終わり、あとはドライブレコーダーなどの部品を取り付けて完成になるとのことでした。今週か遅くても来週初めには納車ができるのではないかということでした。スバルのインプレッサです。
昨年たくと一緒に上州太田スバルマラソンに参加しましたが、群馬県太田市にあるスバル工場は、群馬県にとっては地域を支える基幹産業です。コロナウイルス感染拡大によって車の売り上げがすっかり落ちてしまいました。基幹産業への打撃は、その地域に大きな影響を与えます。
たくがお世話になっている群馬県のために、少しでもお役に立てればとスバルの車を購入することにしました。スバルの車を購入するのはこれが初めてです。果たしてどうなりますか。納車が楽しみです。
■I ran this morning. I was awake from 5 o’clock, but I couldn’t get up because of the tiredness of yesterday. When I wake up and look out the window, a rain cloud seems to cover the sky, but it is not raining yet. I prepared and left the front door.
After the preparatory exercise, I ran the usual course 6.12km this morning, and this month, I accumulated 46.39km in 6 runs. In the remaining 18 days to run 100km a month, I have reached 53.60km.
Looking at the weather forecast, the rainy season front is stagnant and there is no sign of moving. Compared to the usual year, the rainy season front continues to stay due to the weaker Pacific high pressure.
We are planning to take a holiday from next Thursday to Kyushu. The rainy season will be over by then, but even if the airplane definitely flies, I’m worried about the local road conditions or the tourist facility conditions. I hope they have not been damaged by this heavy rain.
I plan to rent a car locally and take a leisurely drive, but there is a possibility that the road is cut off or it can not move as I expected, so I am wondering whether to go or not now.
Yesterday, I could see the blue sky after a long absence, and at the golf course, I was able to see the clouds in the afternoon. It seemed like the rainy season was over. I could see the Izu Peninsula beautifully from the clubhouse.
But from today, it’s back again. Rain clouds seem to cover the sky again this week.
Still, the temperature and humidity dropped last night, and it was a very refreshing night. I tried turning on the air conditioning on Saturday night, but it seems to have broken. It has been more than 10 years since I installed it. Is it a lifetime? Since full-scale summer is about to begin, it is very unbearable that there is no air conditioning in the living room. I plan to contact an electrician I know and order the Panasonic product for the 10 tatami room from stock.
■ Last week, a Subaru company contacted me, and the production at the Gunma Plant was completed successfully, after which parts such as a drive recorder were installed to complete the production. I was wondering if it could be delivered by the beginning of next week at the latest this week or later. Subaru Impreza.
I participated in the Joshu Ota Subaru Marathon with Taku last year, but the Subaru plant in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, is a core industry that supports the region for Gunma Prefecture. Car sales have dropped completely due to the spread of coronavirus infection. The damage to key industries has a great impact on the region.
