■今朝は走りました。21日となり、いよいよ残り少なくなってきましたので、頑張って10キロを超える距離を走りました。
ランニングウォッチをエプソンのホームページに接続すると、「おめでとうございます。月間50kmを達成しました」と喜んでくれています。今月は9回目のランで通算58.71kmを積み重ね、残り10日で41.28kmのところまで来ました。18日の月曜日以来ということですので、3日ぶりのランニングでした。
今朝は5時前に、すんなり起きることができましたが、昨夜も冷えました。薄めの羽毛の掛け布団で寝ましたが、夜中に二度ほど目が覚めました。それでも今朝は疲れを感じることなく、スムーズに走り出すことができたのは、とても嬉しく思いました。
最近は体が重く感じることが多く、もう体力がなくなってしまったのか、年のためなのかと悲観的に考えることが多くなってきたのですが、なんとか長い距離を走ることができて、ほっとしています。折り返し地点にある桃澤神社では、家族みんなの健康を祈って、引き返しました。
■1人10万円の一時給付金申し込みの為の書類が、昨日沼津市から送られてきました。飲食業を始め、毎日、毎日の売り上げで事業を回している方にとっては、営業自粛要請の続く間は、本当に苦しい毎日だと思います。
私達にとっては大金の10万円ですが、事業を営んでる方にとっては、まさに雀の涙にしかなりません。家賃や材料費など、私たちが必要とする金額とは桁違いのお金が毎日必要になるのです。
とにかく、この危機を生き延びて、感染が終息した時には、また人々が集える場が残ってほしいものだと心から願っています。
■今朝の東京新聞一面の記事には、「黒川検事長辞任不可避」と書かれています。あの話題の黒川弘務東京高検検事長のことです。なんとしても、この人を検事総長にしたいという安倍総理の意向で、無理矢理ねじ込まれた法案が検察庁法改正案でしたが、今国会での成立は断念されました。その途端に、このような報道が踊るのはどうしたものでしょうか。
ある記事によれば、この黒川さんの力がなければ、何人もの政治家が逮捕されたか数知れない、と言うのです。政治家ばかりではありません。ジャーナリストや実業家など、安倍総理は自分と親しい友人には、税金を湯水の如く使い、逮捕されるかもしれない状況から救ってあげたりしていた訳です。
つまりは、もう法治国家ではないということです。
法案採決が延期された途端のスキャンダルの報道は、当然深い意味があるに違いありません。とにかく総理が考えているのは、自分の延命だけです。やましいことを見逃してもらわないと自分自身が延命できないのです。
■今日は本当に久しぶりに、ロータリークラブの例会が開催されます。1ヶ月ぶりでしょうか。仲間の顔を見るのも、本当に久しぶりです。途中1度、Zoomでのミーティングを開催しましたが、例会場でみなさんと顔合わせるのは本当に嬉しいものです。

I was able to get up by 5 o’clock this morning, but it got cold last night. I slept on a thin down comforter, but woke up twice in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I was very pleased to be able to run smoothly this morning without feeling tired.
Recently I often feel heavier, and I’m more pessimistic about whether I’m out of physical strength or because I’m old, but I’m relieved to be able to run a long distance this morning. I am. At Momozawa Shrine at the turning point, we prayed for the health of the whole family and returned.
■ The documents for applying for a temporary benefit of 100,000 yen per person were sent from Numazu City yesterday. For those who run the business with daily sales, such as the restaurant business, I think that it is a really tough day while the demand for self-restraint continues.
For us, it’s a large sum of 100,000 yen, but for those who run a business, it’s just a tear of a sparrow. Every day we need orders of magnitude more money than we need, such as rent and materials.
Anyway, I sincerely hope that there will be a place for people to gather again when the crisis is over and the infection is over.
■ An article on the front page of the Tokyo Shimbun this morning said, “Inevitable resignation of Attorney General Kurokawa. That topic is Hiromitsu Kurokawa, Tokyo High Public Prosecutor General. At any rate, Prime Minister Abe’s intention to make this person the prosecutor-general was forcibly screwed into a bill to amend the Public Prosecutor’s Law, but it was abandoned in the current Diet session. What then happened to such news reports?
According to an article, it is impossible to count how many politicians were arrested without Mr. Kurokawa’s power. Not only politicians escaped arrest. Prime Minister Abe, such as journalists and business people, used a large amount of tax for his close friends and saved them from situations where they could be arrested.
In other words, it is no longer a law-abiding country.
The scandal coverage as soon as the bill was postponed must of course have profound implications. Anyway, the only thing the Prime Minister thinks is his political life extension. Unless the prosecution overlooks suspicious behavior, the prime minister cannot extend his political life.
■ Today’s club meeting will be held for the first time in a long time. Is it the first time in a month? It’s been a while since I’ve seen the faces of my friends. I had a meeting at Zoom once on the way, and I’m really happy to see you at the regular meeting place.
